NCATOOL is a little Unix program to emulate cleartool on systems which don't have actual ClearCase installed but which are mounting exported ClearCase views. See the README for details and installation notes or download the source package.

NCAtool is made available under the GPL and should be easy to build on any reasonably capable Unix-like environment.
